happy Mother's Day!

What a wonderful day of celebration.  Brad made a mango banana smoothie this morning and then we went to Holy Trinity where Anders and Kathryn sang a song about Mom's and I received two coursages from the church men. 

We then enjoyed a lovely meal prepared by the church men of traditional Cruzan foods. 

Our next stop was the lighthouse at Hamm's Bluff on the northwest corner of the island.  Great little hike and exceptional view of the island.

Then it was back home for a dip in the pool, lesson planning, a tasty pizza prepared by my lovely husband and now bedtime rituals have begun for another busy week at school.  Great weekend for island exploring and celebrating Mother's Day.
